1.Definitions and Interpretation

"Platform" refers to the asc365 website available at asc365.ws and any associated mobile interfaces. "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account and uses the Platform. "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, crash games, slots, and any other wagering products made available by asc365. "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on the Platform. "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's account by asc365. "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using an approved payment method. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

2.Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account and use the asc365 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. asc365 strictly prohibits underage gambling and will terminate any account found to be held by a person under 21.
• You must be acting as an individual, in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, or contractor of asc365 or any of its associated companies, affiliates, or software providers.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when creating your account. Providing false personal details is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must hold only one (1) asc365 account at any time. Opening duplicate accounts is prohibited. If discovered, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be voided.
• You must use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, systematic betting strategies designed to exploit bonus promotions, or any other use that asc365 deems abusive is prohibited.

asc365 reserves the right to refuse any registration application or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, including where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified.

3.Account Verification and KYC

asc365 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as part of its commitment to player safety and platform integrity. At any point — including but not limited to account opening, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a change of personal details — asc365 may require you to provide documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include:

• Government-issued National ID Card (NID) or Passport showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of residential address such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months.
• Screenshots or transaction records confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay mobile wallet number used to deposit funds.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time frame — typically 14 days from the date of the request — may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are used solely for identity verification purposes.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

asc365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These figures are denominated in BDT using the ৳ symbol (e.g., ৳200 minimum deposit).
• Deposits are credited to your asc365 account balance promptly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. asc365 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into the same asc365 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not matching the Player's verified identity are not permitted.
• asc365 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges, for which asc365 bears no responsibility.
• asc365 reserves the right to perform additional security checks or request further documentation before processing withdrawal requests where fraud, bonus abuse, or unusual account activity is suspected.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically completed within 24 to 72 hours of approval, subject to standard KYC checks. Times may vary during periods of high demand or public holidays in Bangladesh.

All deposited funds are held separately and are not used for operational purposes. Your real money balance is yours and will be returned upon request, subject to these Terms and any applicable verification requirements.

5.Bonuses and Promotional Offers

asc365 periodically offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives to new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified per promotion.
• Players may only claim each welcome bonus or first-deposit promotion once. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including by opening duplicate accounts — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being suspended.
• asc365 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that existing wagering requirements already in progress by a Player will be honoured.

• Any attempt to abuse bonus promotions — including but not limited to low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies, coordinated play, or use of automated software — will result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to account closure.

6.Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets, wagers, and game plays on asc365 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. General conduct rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. asc365 will not reverse or void a confirmed bet except in the circumstances described below.
• asc365 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on the basis of an obvious error — including a manifest pricing error — or where the outcome of the event has been determined to be manipulated, fixed, or otherwise compromised.
• For sports betting, markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a delay in official result confirmation, settlement will be deferred until the official result is available.
• Casino game results are generated by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) provided by the respective game suppliers. asc365 does not control or influence individual game outcomes.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised tools to place bets or interact with games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• asc365 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward collusion, match-fixing, money laundering, or any form of fraudulent activity on the Platform.

7.Responsible Gaming

asc365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools and information they need to manage their gambling activity safely. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account to control their spending. Limits take effect immediately when lowered and after a cooling-off period when raised.
• Session Time-Outs: Players may set a temporary break from the Platform ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a time-out, no bets may be placed and no deposits may be made.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling entirely may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly by the asc365 support team.

9.Intellectual Property

All content on the asc365 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software — is the property of asc365 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of asc365. The asc365 brand name, logo, and product names are trademarks of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use these marks.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, asc365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses. asc365's total cumulative liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations apply whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not asc365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.Amendments to These Terms

asc365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, asc365 will notify registered players via a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to the address registered on the account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 12.Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law and fair play standards. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, asc365 encourages Players to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the support team. asc365 is committed to resolving all legitimate player complaints promptly, fairly, and transparently. For unresolved disputes, the matter may be referred to an appropriate independent dispute resolution process at the Platform's discretion.
